About Beacon

From one fourplex to hundreds of homes.

Beacon started when our founder couldn't find a manager who treated a small portfolio with the same rigor as a large one. We built the company we wished existed: responsive to residents, accountable to owners, and obsessive about the operational details that protect a rental's value.

Today we manage single-family homes and small multifamily properties across Austin and the surrounding metro. Every owner gets a dedicated manager and a transparent portal; every resident gets a real maintenance pipeline instead of an unanswered voicemail.

What we believe

A well-run rental is quiet. Residents stay because issues get fixed. Owners relax because the numbers reconcile. Our job is to make that the default, not the exception — and to communicate clearly the rest of the time.
